BUTTERED ORZO WITH PARSLEY   (Serves 4)

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Orzo pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt
Boil the water in a medium pan. Salt the water. Pour the orzo into the boiling water and allow to cook about 9 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and place it into a serving bowl.

Add the butter and sprinkle with the parsley.
