BUTTERED ORZO WITH PARSLEY (Serves 4) |
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Orzo pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt
|
Boil the water in a medium pan. Salt the water. Pour the orzo into the boiling water and allow to cook about 9
minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and place it into a serving bowl.
Add the butter and sprinkle with the parsley.
