EASYWAY DIJON VINAIGRETTE (Serves 4) |
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Fresh ground black pepper

Pour the vinegar into a medium mixing bowl. Add the salt and whisk. Add the mustard and whisk
until thoroughly blended.
Slowly add the olive oil in a stream, whisking constantly until smooth. You don’t want this to
curdle so keep whisking.
Add a few twists of the peppermill.
If made ahead, store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
