STAPLES IN MY KITCHEN
Here are a few things I always have in my refrigerator. These
staples can be made ahead of time and taste just great. It’s the EasyWay. For
example, I always have my dipping oil and bread crumbs I use them so often as you can see in the
cookbook. Certain oils, glazes and sauces need to be made ahead of time in order to allow
the tastes to marinate or infuse. Store them in the refrigerator. These are just a
few of the staples you will find in Kris Capra's upcoming cookbook, “Easyway Gourmet”.
